Leah is honoured to collaborate with Meegan Stephens, a local doula, naturopath and shamanic practitioner, to create retreats that support women in different seasons of life.

The Nesting Experience
Created for women preparing to enter motherhood. A chance to pause, reflect, and prepare before birth. This retreat is about creating space away from the noise so you can come back into your body, because you cannot think your baby out — birth asks you to feel, trust, and let go. You will leave with practical tools, a calmer nervous system, and a deeper trust in your own capacity to birth.
The Healing Nest
For women who’ve already experienced birth and want to explore and process what that has brought up — whether it was beautiful, challenging, or a mix of both. It’s a space to be heard, supported, and resourced as you move forward.
